1. Order Processing
All orders from Manotee Apparel are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
Typical delivery times:

 

  • The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.


3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can use this to follow your package’s delivery progress.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their destination country.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us at sales@manotee.store and and we’ll assist in tracking or resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, email sales@manotee.store
within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns

1. Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Manotee Apparel.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@manotee.store
with your order number and reason for return.

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first at sales@manotee.store and we’ll guide you through the exchange process and confirm availability.

 

4. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or customized products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@manotee.store
with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
